      • Turn the attic space above your garage from wasted space to a clean storage area you will be proud of!
Having garage attic storage installed is an elegant alternative to piling boxes in your garage and more convenient than using a storage lot. Some of our customers have even taken their neighbors up to the attic to show off how clean and organized it looks!
      •

The elements of the attic storage upgrade:
        • A folding attic access ladder
        • Plywood decking for the area over the garage
        • Light fixtures in the attic (it's dark up there!)
        • Safety railing around the ladder opening
        • Attic ventilation fans (it gets hot up there!)
        • An electric-powered lift, to make moving things to and from the attic a breeze!

      • Automated home security gives you peace of mind while you are away.
We install fully integrated home automation systems that connect to your Wi-Fi network, allowing you to remotely control your home over the internet using either a computer or a smartphone. These systems include:
        • Smart thermostats,
        • Wireless electronic door locks,
        • Wireless modules to control the lighting,
        • and Video surveillance cameras.

The electronic door locks also have a keypad that you can program with multiple codes to give to different individuals who need temporary access.

      • Control your home, no matter where you are.
Whether you are gone for a day or for weeks, you can check on the status and control any part of the system over the internet:
        • Check the temperature of your home and make changes to the set point,
        • Check whether the doors are locked,
        • Unlock a door for someone who needs access while you are away,
        • See what code was used to enter the home,
        • Check whether or not the lights are on,
        • View live camera feeds.

The peace of mind and control offered by home automation is worth the cost, especially for frequent travelers and people who own multiple homes.

      • Smart thermostats for the wireless world.
Smart thermostats are available that connect to your home Wi-Fi network, allowing you to control the thermostat remotely via the internet. Smart thermostats offer the following features:
        • Indoor temperature and humidity measurement,
        • Current outdoor conditions and weather forecasts,
        • Control over the internet on a computer or smartphone,
        • Report graphs that show you the temperature and humidity fluctuations over the course of the day and how long the air conditioner and heater are running,
        • Automated service notifications sent to you electronically.

      • Increase the comfort of your home during the winter with a humidifier.
Winters in North Texas bring cold, dry air which is made even drier when you turn your heater on. Humidifying the air in your home during the winter reduces skin and eye irritation and just generally makes it more comfortable in your home.

        Fully-automated, worry-free comfort.
The whole-home humidifiers we install are connected to your home's water supply, so unlike conventional plug-in humidifiers, there's no need to refill the tank. Also, we install a high-end thermostat that automatically cycles the humidifier on and off to keep the humidity within the comfortable range, giving you one less thing to think about.

      • Protect your equipment from power surges.
Large power surges related to nearby lightning strikes and power outages occur without warning and can destroy the electrical components of your air conditioning system. Even the frequent lesser surges caused by appliance start-up can reduce the life of the equipment. Next to your home and cars, the air conditioning system is your most valuable asset. Protect it from the unexpected with a surge protector.

Surge protectors are special circuits that mitigate the effect of power surges for any connected equipment. The surge protectors are installed on all of the air conditioning equipment that are electrically powered and come with a lifetime warranty.

      • Compressor start assist kits are another way to extend the life of your equipment.
Compressor start assist kits, commonly known as "hard start kits", are a package of electrical components that are designed to give the compressor a boost at startup, when the electrical demand is the highest. All compressor manufacturers recommend them, but air conditioner manufacturers leave them out of all but their top-of-the-line models in order to save money. Operating an air conditioner without the assist kit increases the wear on all of the electrical components and the compressor, reducing their life. Start assist kits:
        • Speed up the compressor start time, decreasing heat buildup and increasing reliability,
        • Reduce wear on electrical components,
        • Reduce the drain on your house's power circuit at startup, preventing the lights from flickering,
        • Reduce wasted electricity caused by failed compressor startup during hot weather,
        • Increase the life of your equipment.

      • Enjoy a fire without the mess!
Gas fire logs consist of painstakingly-crafted ceramic "logs" mounted over a natural gas burner. Because the logs are not consumed by the fire, you get a realistic-looking fire without the ash residue left behind for you to clean up. Synthetic embers are added at the base of the fire to increase the realism.

The logs can be made to appear like different types of wood, giving you plenty of styles to choose from.

Start and stop the fire almost instantly.
The fire is fueled by your natural gas line, not wood. This means that starting the fire is as simple as lighting a match and turning on the gas line. When you are done with the fire, just turn the gas valve back off. No more waiting for the fire to get going and no more messing with wood and starter logs. It really couldn't be easier!

      • Fire glass fireplaces are also available.
We can also install fire glass to your fireplace for a more modern look. Fire glass consists of glass granules that cover a natural gas burner and give a striking fire-and-ice feel. The glass comes in many different colors, allowing you to choose the right color to fit your decor. Fire glass has all of the same advantages as gas logs, with a very unique style.

Designed for safety as much as spectacle.
The glass granules are specially-formulated so that they are not damaged by the fire and do not release harmful gases while in use. The glass is also polished to remove cutting edges.
