      • Our A/C Tune-Up is a complete check of your air conditioning system, inside and out.
        Many people think of their air conditioner as just the outside unit. However, half of the air conditioning equipment is inside the home, typically in the attic. Our A/C check is a complete check of the air conditioning system: from the equipment outside to the equipment in the attic, the air ducts, and thermostat.
        After the check-up, you will have a complete understanding of the condition of your air conditioning system.
        Our technician will provide you with a written record of the findings of the check-up. If your system is not in excellent condition, the report will include recommendations for the work that will get it back to that condition.

      • Air Plus Air Conditioner Check

        • We test the thermostat and calibrate if needed,
        • We check the air filter and return air chase,
        • Check the indoor blower and oil as needed,
        • Inspect the wiring and controls,
        • Check the condensate drains and pans,
        • Check the indoor cooling unit,
        • Inspect the air ducts for damage and mold,
        • Check for refrigerant leaks,
        • Check the attic insulation and ventilation,
        • Verify that the system is installed to safety codes,
        • Check and oil outdoor fan motor,
        • Remove debris from the outdoor unit,
        • Secure the high voltage connections,
        • Test the compressor,
        • Check the refrigerant (Freon) level,
        • Test the system operation and efficiency,
        • And provide a report of the system condition.

      • Just like a car, your air conditioning system needs yearly maintenance in order to keep its performance at a high level.
        Getting your air conditioning system checked out in the spring is like having your vehicle serviced before a long road trip: it gives you confidence that the system will hold up through the hot Texas summer.
        It sometimes seems cheaper and easier to just ignore the air conditioner until it breaks, but that's an illusion.         The cost to replace your air conditioning system is around $10,000! Having proper maintenance performed on your system will extend its life by years.
        The manufacturer of your air conditioning equipment expects annual maintenance in order for your warranty to remain valid.
        If you should ever need to have part of your system replaced under warranty, having records of this maintenance will keep the hassle to a minimum.

      • Getting an A/C Tune-Up also improves the performance of your air conditioning system.
        If your air conditioning system is not well-maintained, you are not getting all of the cooling from your system that you could. Dirty units or a even a slightly low refrigerant charge can result in a significant reduction in the cooling ability of the system. Getting these issues cleared up will improve the comfort of your home throughout the summer.

      • Our standard Maintenance Agreement is a one-year service that includes two check-ups: one for the air conditioning system in the spring and one for the heating system in the fall. The two check-ups are scheduled at your convenience.
        The standard Maintenance Agreement comes with one free emergency service call should you need it during the year. This covers the trip charge (typically $69) for the service call. Also, you receive a 10% discount off the list price for any parts or equipment you purchase from us during the year.
        This service is offered for $119.95 for homes with one central air and heat system (+$80.00 for each system beyond the first).
