      • Smart thermostats for the wireless world.
Smart thermostats are available that connect to your office Wi-Fi network, allowing you to control the thermostat remotely via the internet. Smart thermostats offer the following features:
        • Indoor temperature and humidity measurement,
        • Current outdoor conditions and weather forecasts,
        • Control over the internet on a computer or smartphone,
        • Report graphs that show you the temperature and humidity fluctuations over the course of the day and how long the air conditioner and heater are running,
        • Automated service notifications sent to you electronically.

      • Increase the comfort of your office during the winter with a humidifier.
Winters in North Texas bring cold, dry air which is made even drier when you turn your heater on. Humidifying the air in your office during the winter reduces skin and eye irritation and just generally makes it more comfortable in your office.

        Fully-automated, worry-free comfort.
The building-wide humidifiers we install are connected to your building's water supply, so unlike conventional plug-in humidifiers, there's no need to refill the tank. Also, we install a high-end thermostat that automatically cycles the humidifier on and off to keep the humidity within the comfortable range, giving you one less thing to think about.

      • Automated building security gives you peace of mind while you are away.
We install fully integrated building automation systems that connect to your Wi-Fi network, allowing you to remotely control your office over the internet using either a computer or a smartphone. These systems include:
        • Smart thermostats,
        • Wireless electronic door locks,
        • Wireless modules to control the lighting,
        • and Video surveillance cameras.

The electronic door locks also have a keypad that you can program with multiple codes to give to different individuals who need temporary access.

      • Control your office, no matter where you are.
Whether you are gone for a day or for weeks, you can check on the status and control any part of the system over the internet:
        • Check the temperature of your office and make changes to the set point,
        • Check whether the doors are locked,
        • Unlock a door for someone who needs access while you are away,
        • See the codes used to enter the building,
        • Check whether or not the lights are on,
        • View live camera feeds.

The peace of mind and control offered by building automation is worth the cost, especially for frequent travelers and people who own multiple buildings.

      • Protect your equipment from power surges.
Large power surges related to nearby lightning strikes and power outages occur without warning and can destroy the electrical components of your air conditioning system. Even the frequent lesser surges caused by appliance start-up can reduce the life of the equipment. Next to your building, the air conditioning system is your most valuable asset. Protect it from the unexpected with a surge protector.

Surge protectors are special circuits that mitigate the effect of power surges for any connected equipment. The surge protectors are installed on all of the air conditioning equipment that are electrically powered and come with a lifetime warranty.

      • Compressor start assist kits are another way to extend the life of your equipment.
Compressor start assist kits, commonly known as "hard start kits", are a package of electrical components that are designed to give the compressor a boost at startup, when the electrical demand is the highest. All compressor manufacturers recommend them, but air conditioner manufacturers leave them out of all but their top-of-the-line models in order to save money. Operating an air conditioner without the assist kit increases the wear on all of the electrical components and the compressor, reducing their life. Start assist kits:
        • Speed up the compressor start time, decreasing heat buildup and increasing reliability,
        • Reduce wear on electrical components,
        • Reduce the drain on your building's power circuit at startup, preventing the lights from dimming,
        • Reduce wasted electricity caused by failed compressor startup during hot weather,
        • Increase the life of your equipment.
